We

Origins
Formed in Edinburgh in 1982, Autumn 1904 play an upbeat indie-dance hybrid. In 1984 are invited to play the John Peel roadshow where they are offered a Radio 1 session for the Peel show. Peel plays the session three times, record and publishing companies court the band but they split shortly afterwards.

Update
Much later, the band meet during lockdown and decide to release a retrospective of original material. Some recorded then, some recorded now. Approaching local record label Last Night from Glasgow for advice the company offer to release the album. While in the studio working on fresh takes of the original tracks the band hear that LNfG and the BBC have found their Peel Session. The album is a collated set of recordings including the Radio 1 session tracks released in March 2024 peaking at No 9 in the Scottish charts and No 16 in the UK indie breakers chart.
Moving forward from this initial success, the band are working with H20 vocalist Ian Donaldson on existing and new material.
